Partnering with Texas Trees Foundation to Improve Dallas Trees

Did you know that Dallas is the 3rd fastest growing Urban Heat Island in U.S. (source: TexasTrees.org). This is due in part to a fragmented and sparse urban tree canopy. 

We are partnering with the City of Dallas and the Texas Trees Foundations to help develop the Dallas Urban Forest Master Plan, which will provide a roadmap to help the city actively manage and improve their urban tree canopy.

As part of that effort, the Dallas Urban Forest Master Plan team is collecting input on how the community values trees, and how the City of Dallas can better serve its citizens by providing tree care. Please consider taking a few moments to complete these short surveys - our trees are so important and your feedback is so valuable!
